As an employee for Oyster Seed Holdings, The Hatchery's parent company, I was responsible for building out the brand of our new oyster-centric waterfront food truck and it's presence. I built out the website featuring the eatery's menu, featured farms, retail, blogs, and online booking for tours and gift cards. I also manage the social media accounts and marketing.
